1. What we collect
We collect only what's necessary to process your order:
- Images you upload for processing
- Email address if you provide one (for delivery notifications)
- Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details
2. How we use your images
Your images are used for one purpose only: automated deskewing and straightening. We do not:
- View, review, or manually inspect your images
- Use them for training, research, or any other purpose
- Share them with third parties
- Sell or license them
3. Data retention
- Processed images: Deleted automatically 7 days after processing
- Demo images: Deleted automatically 1 hour after upload
- Batch metadata (file count, timestamp, status): Retained for operational purposes only
- Email addresses: Not stored beyond the batch record; we do not maintain mailing lists
4. Data security
- All uploads and downloads are encrypted in transit (HTTPS via Cloudflare)
- Files are stored on a private server with restricted access
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant processor
6. Your rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm deletion within 48 hours.
